Key Chinese characters were developed from the nature of things. A picture or drawing depicting a natural scenery is displayed in front of the children, and they are to identify the appropriate objects or trinkets and matching them with the drawing together with the corresponding word. This learning process would help children immersing themselves into the natural world and understand the ancient wisdom of adopting the key characters to the nature of things. Furthermore, this would enable children to appreciate that physical objects became the pictographs, and deepen their interest in the history of the Chinese characters.
