Hollow Chinese Radical Character Stamp Chop

Children are provided with trinkets, object like a cow or a human being, attached to the stamp-chop, and they can stamp the chop onto drawings that depict a pasture for the cow, or a house for the human being. Children are guided by the teacher to pronounce the Chinese radical characters. In the furtherance of understanding of words per see as a physical medium, children would also be able to take control of three-dimensional, for example: top and bottom, inside and out, etc. From placing certain object in front of the respective background, children would discern and gradually be conscious of the abstract of words.
Categorization Kit Capability Training – The repeated exercise of shuffling and packing would unconsciously help children to strengthen their organization skill as well as deepening their understanding of the Chinese words system.

配上小物件给孩子操作,让孩子把小物件放在已印上情景或成人绘出的背景图。如把「牛」字印在草原上,「人」字印在屋子内等。老师可邀请孩子读出该部首字及训练认读, 除可帮助孩子先理解文字是一种具体事物的载体外,亦能认知空间的掌控, 如上下、里外等。孩子自身感受眼前摆放的物件配合平面背景,从而逐渐由具体转化成抽象符号。
分类盆的用作归类能力训练,收拾时的重复练习不经意加深了孩子的组织能力及汉字系统的理解能力。
